Modern Avengers

"The Avengers" was a BBC television series of the 1960s, starring mostly Diana Rigg and (throughout) Patrick MacNee. They played two elegantly effective secret agents: MacNee's character, John Steed, a professional in service to the Crown; Riggs', Emma Peel, a "gifted amateur" (fortunately, she had her own money). Their work consisted of righting a number of considerable wrongs of (usually) international consents.

"Terminator" and "Terminator2" are the well-known films of Arnold Schwarzenegger, in which he plays cyborg hybrids bent on particular missions.
