Learn Bioinformatics and Ace Biochemistry!

If you're interested in experiencing bioinformatics research and learning biochemistry, we need your help. Dr. Toni Kazic's lab is building databases of the structures (Klotho) and names (BND) of all the small molecules involved in enzymatic reactions. We have openings for highly one or two motivated people to join our data entry team. You must have a good knowledge of structural organic chemistry and nomenclature. Some computer experience is desirable, but no programming experience is required.

Depending on your knowledge and experience, the pay is between $6 -- 9/hour, for 20 hours/week during the academic year and full-time during the summer. This is a job to take you through graduation, since the project is funded for three more years.

If you're interested, please use your Mizzou email and contact both Dr. Bill Wise (bill@athe.rnet.missouri.edu) and Mr. Sumit Sadekar (sbsnqf@mizzou.edu) to schedule an interview.
